Please arrive with clean lashes (no mascara, contact lens, makeup, or strip glue).

No extra guests allowed during your appointment.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment forfeit the deposit.

We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time.
3. Lash Aftercare

Avoid water, steam, or heavy makeup on lashes for 24–48 hours after application.

Follow recommended aftercare to prolong lash life.
4. Wig Purchases

All wigs are final sale unless damaged or defective upon delivery.

Please inspect your wig upon receipt and report any issues within 48 hours.

Wigs should be handled and stored properly to maintain quality.

We are happy to provide styling guidance and care instructions for your wig.
5. Payment

We accept credit/debit cards, e-transfers, and cash for in-store purchases.

Online purchases require full payment at checkout.
6. Shipping & Delivery (for wigs and products)

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

7. Refunds & Exchanges​

Wigs that are damaged or defective may be exchanged or refunded within 48 hours of delivery.
