STORE POLICY

1. Booking & Appointments (Lash Services)​

  • Please arrive with clean lashes (no mascara, contact lens, makeup, or strip glue).

  • No extra guests allowed during your appointment.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment forfeit the deposit.

  • We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time.

3. Lash Aftercare

  • Avoid water, steam, or heavy makeup on lashes for 24–48 hours after application.

  • Follow recommended aftercare to prolong lash life.

4. Wig Purchases

  • All wigs are final sale unless damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • Please inspect your wig upon receipt and report any issues within 48 hours.

  • Wigs should be handled and stored properly to maintain quality.

  • We are happy to provide styling guidance and care instructions for your wig.

5. Payment

  • We accept credit/debit cards, e-transfers, and cash for in-store purchases.

  • Online purchases require full payment at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery (for wigs and products)

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Standard shipping times vary by location; expedited shipping may be available at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

7. Refunds & Exchanges​

  • Wigs that are damaged or defective may be exchanged or refunded within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Personalized or custom orders cannot be refunded.

8. Safety & Hygiene

  • All tools and equipment are professionally sanitized before every appointment.

  • We prioritize your safety and comfort during all lash services.
